General Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they form the basis of all bookings at Muddif Resorts, part of Smart Experiences Establishment. Making a booking or using the resort’s facilities constitutes acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out below.
Muddif Resorts management reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any amendments will take effect from the date of publication.
1. Early Check-in
The establishment reserves the right to charge additional fees for early check-in if the guest arrives before the check-in time specified in the booking.
2. Late Check-out
Late check-out is subject to approval by resort management.
Late check-out is not permitted during peak seasons or periods of high occupancy.
If an extension is approved, additional fees will apply according to the duration specified by management.
Failure to check out at the time specified in the booking without prior approval will result in a charge of SAR 100 for each hour of delay, deducted from the security deposit.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit of SAR 500 must be paid before using the resort’s facilities.
The security deposit will be refunded within up to 14 business days from the check-out date. Please note that Fridays and Saturdays are non-working days.
The establishment reserves the right to deduct the cost of any damage to or loss of resort property caused by the guest or accompanying persons from the security deposit.
The guest agrees to pay for any damage exceeding the security deposit amount, as documented by resort management.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling requests will be accepted if more than 7 days remain before the scheduled booking date.
If a cancellation is accepted, SAR 500, representing the booking deposit, will be deducted from the amount held by the resort. The remaining balance will be refunded to the guest.
If 7 days or fewer remain before the scheduled booking date, cancellation or rescheduling requests will not be accepted for any reason.
In the event of a no-show, the cancellation policy applicable to the booking will apply.
Resort management reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking if incorrect information is provided, fraudulent activity is suspected, or the guest breaches these terms and conditions.
If the guest leaves before the end of the booking period or requests an extension of the check-out time without prior approval, the establishment’s applicable fees and policies will apply.
5. Proof of Payment
The guest must submit proof of payment to the Reservations Department within one hour of making the booking. The booking confirmation number must be clearly included in the proof of payment.
The guest is responsible for any bank charges or additional costs arising from the transfer or payment.
The resort reserves the right to cancel the booking if proof of payment is not submitted within the specified period.
6. Disclaimer and Prohibited Activities
By using Muddif Resorts’ facilities, the guest acknowledges responsibility for themselves, accompanying persons, and children in their care while on the premises, and agrees to follow the establishment’s safety rules and instructions.
